Monday Night Maxwell is a weekly opportunity to learn leadership from the teachings of John Maxwell, who has written more on the subject of leadership than any other author. In a small group setting, attendees will learn the leadership principles taught to Fortune 500 executives, CEOs, top sales professionals, as well as the presidents, prime ministers, kings and princes of other nations around the globe.

Lunch-N-Learn & Special Events
I Lead Hot Springs will be partnering with local businesses, churches, civic groups, and volunteer organizations to offer entertaining and inspiring Lunch-N-Learn opportunities. Topics include leadership, influence, communication and sales.
I Lead Hot Springs is also available to work with community organzations to teach and speak at special events, or host weekend retreats and workshops for their employees, staff, volunteers, church members or Team. Contact our office for details.
Speakers Club Competition
For those who want to learn to be a better communicator and connector, I Lead Hot Springs will host a Speaker's Club. With divisions for Junior High, High School, and Adults, this competition will include weekly training and culminate with the finalists competing on the big stage at Maxwell Blade's Theater of Magic for the I Lead Hot Springs Speaker's Club Award.
